Rates are flat and quoted from your actual pickup and drop-off addresses, starting at $161 in a Premium Sedan and $179 in a Luxury SUV, which includes the first 10 miles. Point-to-point works if you only need the drop-off and a return later that night. Hourly is better for awards nights with multiple stops — glam appointment, carpet arrival, ceremony, after-party, hotel — because the same chauffeur and vehicle stay with you, your things stay in the car, and there is no re-dispatch or surge between stops.
As early as possible. During awards season the entire Los Angeles black-car fleet is committed weeks out, and the best vehicles go first. Reserving costs nothing up front — your card is only held on file, and cancellation is free up to 2 hours before pickup. We need a minimum of 2 hours' notice on any pickup.
Yes. Executive Sprinters seat 12 in captain's chairs and passenger Sprinters seat up to 14 with luggage, so a full team travels together instead of in four separate cars. Multi-car nights are dispatched under one account with a single invoice.
Yes. Chauffeurs are professionally suited, background-checked and experienced with talent, executives and credentialed venue access. They don't photograph passengers, don't discuss trips, and work quietly with security details and publicists when one is involved.
