Where does my chauffeur pick up at the Los Angeles Convention Center?

Pickups are arranged at the West Hall entrance on Figueroa or the South Hall entrance on Pico, whichever is closer to your hall. During large shows your chauffeur texts you a confirmed curb before the pickup window so you never hunt for the car in show traffic.

Can you move a whole exhibit team between hotels and the halls?

Yes. Passenger Sprinters seat up to 14 with luggage and can run repeat hotel-to-hall loops hourly as-directed through setup, show days and tear-down.

Do you handle LAX arrivals for convention attendees?

Yes. Every airport reservation includes flight tracking, 30 minutes of free wait time on domestic arrivals and 60 minutes on international, plus an optional $25 meet & greet with a name sign inside baggage claim.

Can our company be invoiced instead of paying per ride?

Yes. Corporate accounts get cost centers, consolidated monthly invoicing and a single dispatch contact for the whole team.

How far in advance should convention transportation be booked?

Book as soon as your show dates are set — LA Auto Show, E3-scale expos and Comic Con weekends commit most of the city's Sprinter fleet. Reserving costs nothing up front and cancellation is free up to 2 hours before pickup.
