Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, mobile applications and chauffeured transportation services operated by L.A. Premier Limo ("L.A. Premier Limo," "we," "us," or "our"), located in Culver City, CA 90232. By requesting a quote, placing a reservation, or riding in a vehicle we dispatch, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not book or ride with us.

2. Who may book

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract to reserve a ride. By booking, you represent that the information you provide — including name, contact details, pickup and drop-off addresses, and payment method — is accurate and complete.

3. Quotes, rates and payment

• Prices shown at the time of booking are estimates based on route distance, vehicle type, trip type (one-way or hourly), and any add-ons you select.
• Upfront pricing reflects the quoted amount. Final charges may adjust for changes you request after booking, extra stops, additional time on hourly trips, or tolls and parking.
• Parking is billed after the trip is completed based on actual receipts.
• Gratuity is optional and selected by you at booking.
• We require a valid payment method on file before a reservation is confirmed. Authorized charges may include the estimated fare and a security hold for anticipated extras.
• For direct-invoicing (business) accounts, invoices are due within the terms stated on the invoice.

4. Cancellations and changes

• You may cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
• Cancellations within 2 hours of pickup, or no-shows, may be charged the full fare.
• Changes to pickup time, address, or vehicle type are subject to availability and may change the fare.
• To cancel or change, call (310) 876-9810 or email info@elitechauffeurpartners.com as soon as possible.

5. Your conduct

You agree to behave lawfully and courteously. You may not smoke, consume alcohol illegally, damage the vehicle, or threaten the chauffeur or other passengers. We may refuse or terminate service, without refund, for conduct that is unlawful, unsafe, or disruptive. You are responsible for any damage you cause to the vehicle.

6. Service and vehicles

Vehicle categories (Sedan, Luxury SUV, First Class SUV, Passenger Sprinter, Executive Sprinter) describe the class of vehicle; the specific make and model may vary. We use commercially reasonable efforts to arrive on time, but travel conditions, traffic, weather and events beyond our control may affect timing. We are not liable for delays caused by such conditions.

7. Flight tracking and airport pickups

When you provide a flight number we monitor its status and adjust pickup timing accordingly. We are not liable for missed pickups due to incorrect flight information. Meet-and-greet service, where selected, includes curbside or terminal greeting for an additional fee.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, L.A. Premier Limo and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from a ride is limited to the amount you paid for that ride. We carry commercial auto liability insurance as required by California law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold L.A. Premier Limo harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your conduct, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
