Passenger Sprinters seat up to 14 and executive Sprinters seat 12 in captain's chairs. For larger parties we run multiple vehicles on one reservation with one dispatch contact, so a group of 30 or 60 arrives together.

Can one person book and pay for the whole group?

Yes. One organizer books every vehicle, sees one flat total before confirming, and can be invoiced through a corporate or production account instead of collecting money from everyone.

Do you handle weddings, reunions and corporate offsites?

Yes — wedding party and guest shuttles, family reunions, conference shuttle loops, holiday parties, incentive trips and sports team travel, all on flat quoted rates.

Can you run repeat shuttle loops between a hotel and a venue?

Yes. Hourly as-directed vehicles run continuous loops for the hours you book — common for conventions, weddings and multi-day corporate programs.

How early should a large group book?

As early as possible. Sprinter availability across Los Angeles tightens during award season, convention weeks and playoff runs. Booking costs nothing up front and cancellation is free up to 2 hours before pickup.
