Artist & Tour Chauffeur Service — Hourly Talent, Band and Crew Transportation
Touring in Los Angeles means studio time in Hollywood, rehearsal in the Valley, press downtown and a stage door at Crypto.com Arena or the Kia Forum the same week — often within hours of each other. We keep dedicated chauffeurs and unmarked vehicles on hourly holds so talent, management and crew move on the schedule tour management sets, not on whatever an app can find. Discreet chauffeurs, stage-door coordination, Sprinters for band and gear, and one invoice for the whole run.

Frequently asked questions
- Do you handle artist and tour transportation?
- Yes — talent, management, band and crew movements between hotels, studios, rehearsals, load-in, venue and after-parties, on hourly as-directed bookings with a three-hour minimum.
- Are your vehicles discreet?
- Yes. Vehicles are unmarked with dark interiors and privacy glass on SUVs and Sprinters, and chauffeurs are briefed to keep names, addresses and schedules confidential.
- Can you move a band, crew and gear together?
- Passenger Sprinters seat up to 14 and executive Sprinters seat 12 in captain's chairs; Suburbans and Sprinters carry instruments, wardrobe and production cases. Multiple vehicles can run in convoy on one booking.
- Do you work venue load-in and stage-door schedules?
- Yes. We run Crypto.com Arena, Kia Forum, Intuit Dome, SoFi Stadium, the Hollywood Bowl, the Greek Theatre and the Peacock Theater regularly and coordinate stage-door and talent-lot access with venue staff and tour management.
- Can a tour manager get one invoice for the whole run?
- Yes. Production accounts consolidate every vehicle, day and city onto a single invoice with per-day detail, instead of dozens of individual receipts.
