Our pet policy
- Dogs ride on the vehicle floor at your feet — carriers, crates, travel blankets and seat covers are welcome.
- Small pets in a closed carrier may stay on your lap.
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by a pet, including soiling, is the customer's responsibility.
- Pets are never left alone in the vehicle, and chauffeurs never transport a pet without its owner.
- Trained service animals always ride free and are never refused.
You sign the acknowledgement online
When you add a pet to a reservation, the booking form shows the policy and asks you to accept it and type your full name as an electronic signature. It is stored on the reservation, so both you and dispatch have the same record.

Is your Los Angeles car service pet friendly?
Yes. Family pets ride with their owner in every vehicle class — Premium Sedan, Luxury SUV, First Class SUV and both Sprinters. Add your pet in the booking widget and the flat pet fee is shown before you reserve.
How much is the pet fee?
It is a flat fee based on your pet's weight: $20 for 4–8 lbs or less, $30 for 9–14 lbs, and $50 for 15–50 lbs. There is no per-mile or per-hour pet charge.
Where does my dog ride?
Dogs must ride on the vehicle floor at your feet. A carrier, crate, travel blanket or seat cover is welcome and encouraged. Small pets in a closed carrier may stay on your lap.
Who is responsible if my pet damages the vehicle?
The customer is responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by their pet, including soiling and interior damage. You confirm this electronically when you add a pet to the reservation, so there are no surprises for either side.
Can you take my pet to LAX or the vet?
Yes. We handle LAX arrivals and departures with pets, vet and specialty-hospital runs, groomer and boarding drop-offs, pet-friendly hotel transfers, and long-distance runs to Santa Barbara, Palm Springs and San Diego.
Do you take more than one pet?
Yes — note each pet in the trip notes when you book. The fee applies per pet by weight, and larger parties with multiple pets are best in a Luxury SUV, First Class SUV or Sprinter.
Are service animals charged a pet fee?
No. Trained service animals ride free and are never refused. Please still tell dispatch so we assign the right vehicle and a chauffeur ready to help.
Do I need to book pet travel in advance?
Online reservations require at least 2 hours' notice. Add the pet when you book so dispatch assigns a vehicle prepared with a floor cover.
