Do you meet passengers inside the terminal at LAX?

Yes. Meet & greet is a $25 add-on: your chauffeur parks, waits at baggage claim with a name sign and helps with luggage. Airport parking is billed after the trip, up to $30. Curbside pickup at the arrivals island is included at no extra charge.

How far in advance should I book?

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are free up to 8 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Nothing is charged when you reserve; a card is simply held securely on file for the trip.
