How long does it take to get to Big Bear from LAX?

About 110 miles and roughly two and a half to three hours depending on traffic and mountain conditions. The transfer is quoted flat from your exact addresses.

Do you drive the mountain in winter?

Yes. Our chauffeurs run Highways 18, 38 and 330 regularly and we monitor road and chain conditions before every mountain trip. If Caltrans closes the road, you can cancel or reschedule without penalty.

Can you fit ski and snowboard gear?

Yes. Tell us the number of bags, skis or boards when you book and we assign a full-size SUV or Sprinter with the right luggage space.

Reservations can be made 24/7 online or by calling 310-876-9810. We recommend booking at least a few hours ahead so we can assign a chauffeur and vehicle; same-day requests are accepted subject to availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are free up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Are your rates all upfront?

Yes. Your quote is calculated live from the exact pickup and drop-off addresses you enter and includes the chauffeur and fuel. Optional extras such as meet & greet ($25), child seats (rear or front facing $20, booster $10) and gratuity are shown before you reserve. Parking is billed after the trip is completed.

How do I pay?

A card is entered securely when you book and kept on file for the trip. Corporate clients can open a business account with direct invoicing.
