Enter your pickup, destination, date and vehicle choice to see an upfront trip total. Reserve the return separately or choose hourly drive-as-directed service for a flexible evening within your booked hours. Transportation does not include concert tickets, parking passes, soundcheck admission or backstage access.
Start your concert night with a pickup from Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Downtown Los Angeles or another address in our service area. Dispatch coordinates your meeting point around legal vehicle access and event restrictions. Do not assume a chauffeur can enter a restricted venue lane or use the same pickup area as rideshare vehicles.
Keep your party on one travel plan with a Luxury SUV, First Class SUV, Passenger Sprinter or Executive Sprinter, subject to availability. Enter everyone’s passenger and luggage counts so the booking form can show eligible vehicles. Groups needing more than one vehicle can arrange coordinated pickups with dispatch.
Choose hourly drive-as-directed service when your plans include dinner, a hotel stop and the concert. Book enough time for your itinerary and return. The concert’s final set and departure time are not confirmed here, so avoid treating an estimated finishing time as a guaranteed pickup time.
Flying in for the show? Arrange a private LAX-to-hotel transfer before heading to Inglewood, or plan a direct airport-to-venue trip with time for luggage collection, traffic and entry. Airport arrivals can be flight-tracked. An airport transfer does not include concert admission or guarantee arrival before a particular performance.
Agree on a return time and meeting point before entering Kia Forum. Concert-night access can change, so follow dispatch’s confirmed instructions rather than relying on a generic venue pin. A separately booked return has its own reservation; hourly service covers the itinerary within the time you reserve.
Your quote depends on the pickup address, destination, vehicle class, service duration and trip options. Rates may vary depending on time of day, traffic and if it’s during major events. Use your actual itinerary for an upfront total rather than an advertised concert-wide fare. Booking transportation does not purchase an iHeartRadio or Capital One experience.
