Enter your pickup address, date and service type to see the trip total before confirming. Hourly service is available for multiple stops and a flexible evening schedule. Online pickups require at least four hours’ notice. Event tickets and admission are not included with transportation.
Plan your arrival around the 7:30 PM screening and the entry instructions on your ticket. Dispatch coordinates a legal, accessible meeting point based on event-night access. Transportation does not include access to restricted red-carpet areas, priority entry or event credentials.
Keep your evening on one schedule with hourly drive-as-directed service for a hotel pickup, dinner, the screening and your return. The conversation follows the film, so do not assume a fixed finishing time. Allow enough booked time for the full program and any additional stops.
Arrange an airport-to-hotel transfer before the event or a direct trip to Hollywood with enough time for airport arrival procedures and traffic. Flight tracking is available for airport arrivals. Sedan and SUV meet-and-greet is $49 including parking, with 60 minutes of free waiting after international flight arrival or 30 minutes after domestic flight arrival.
Choose a sedan for an individual or couple, an SUV for more passengers or luggage, or a Passenger or Executive Sprinter for a group. The booking form matches vehicle eligibility to passenger and bag counts. Assistants and coordinators can arrange transportation for guests without purchasing event admission through us.
Rates depend on the pickup and destination, service type, vehicle class and number of vehicles. Enter your actual trip to see the upfront total instead of relying on a generic festival price. Reserve your return separately or choose hourly service if your departure time needs flexibility.
