App questions

Is the L.A. Premier Limo app free?

Yes. The passenger app is free to install and free to use — you only pay for the rides you book, at the flat rate quoted before you confirm.

Do I need to download it from the App Store or Google Play?

No. It installs straight from your browser as a Home Screen app. On iPhone, open the app link in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome and tap Install app or Add to Home screen. It then opens full screen like any other app.

How do I sign in?

With your mobile number. We text you a 6-digit code — no password to remember. If you received a trip link by text, you can also open your trip instantly and create your account from there.

Can I add a stop or change my destination during a trip?

Yes. Request a stop or a new destination from the app; you will see the updated fare and approve it before anything changes. Your chauffeur and dispatch are notified automatically.

Can I cancel from the app?

Yes. Cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before your pickup time, directly from the trip card.

Does the app work in my language?

Yes — English, Spanish, French, Chinese, Arabic and Turkish. Switch language in the app and your trips, messages and menus follow.

Can I message my chauffeur?

You can message dispatch anytime at 310-876-9810, and message your chauffeur directly starting one hour before pickup once the trip is active. Every message stays inside the app thread.

Where do I see receipts and past trips?

Your trip history, itemized receipts, loyalty credit balance and referral status are all in the app under your account.
