Will you solicit our client after the trip?
No. Every affiliate agreement includes a mutual no-solicitation clause covering the twelve months after the last trip performed, and passenger data is never used for marketing.
What are affiliate rates?
Approved affiliates receive a negotiated discount off the published rate card, and high-volume operators get vehicle-specific contract rates on top of that.
Can we see the chauffeur's location?
Yes. Once the chauffeur marks on-the-way, live tracking and ETA are available and can be forwarded to your passenger.
How do we get paid or billed?
Affiliates are typically approved for direct invoicing on Net 15 or Net 30 terms instead of a card on file.
