Frequently asked questions
Will you solicit our client after the trip?
No. Every affiliate agreement includes a mutual no-solicitation clause covering the twelve months after the last trip performed, and passenger data is never used for marketing.
What are affiliate rates?
Approved affiliates receive a negotiated discount off the published rate card, and high-volume operators get vehicle-specific contract rates on top of that.
Can we see the chauffeur's location?
Yes. Once the chauffeur marks on-the-way, live tracking and ETA are available and can be forwarded to your passenger.
How do we get paid or billed?
Card on file only. Every affiliate account keeps a card on file that we charge per trip. If you prefer not to use a card, you can pay by Zelle or Venmo before pickup.
