Chauffeur & vehicle requirements

Every transportation affiliate and farm-out operator must ensure chauffeurs and vehicles assigned to L.A. Premier Limo trips meet the standards below. These expectations protect your passengers, your brand, and our shared reputation.

What we require on every trip

  • Professional uniform: clean black suit, pressed white dress shirt, black tie, polished black dress shoes, and professional grooming.
  • Chauffeur profile photo: a current, clear, professional headshot must be on file and approved before the chauffeur may be assigned a trip.
  • Fragrance-free service: chauffeurs may not wear perfume, cologne, or strongly scented personal products; vehicles must be free of air fresheners, smoke, and other noticeable scents.
  • Approved vehicles only: Cadillac Escalade ESV, Chevrolet Suburban, GMC Yukon XL or Denali, Lincoln Navigator L, or Mercedes-Benz/Ford Executive, Limo, or Passenger Sprinters; all vehicles must be no more than 5 model years old and black or white in color.
  • Vehicle condition: vehicles must be clean inside and out, free of scratches, dents, fading, stains, odors, smoke, and visible damage before every pickup.
  • Guest amenities: chilled premium bottled water and working USB-C and Lightning charging options available in the passenger area.
  • Pet-ready service: be prepared to transport clients traveling with pets or service animals, protect the vehicle appropriately, and never refuse a lawful service animal.
  • Meet-and-greet service: be able to perform airport and venue meet-and-greet assignments, arrive at the instructed meeting point, display the approved passenger sign, assist with luggage, and follow dispatch instructions.
  • Brand neutrality: no advertising for the affiliate or another company and no visible business cards, flyers, promotional material, or competing branding.
  • Client privacy: protect passenger names, phone numbers, itineraries, locations, preferences, conversations, photos, and account information; never solicit an L.A. Premier Limo client.
  • High-profile and corporate service: use heightened discretion, do not photograph or discuss passengers, follow security and executive-assistant instructions, and share trip information only with authorized dispatch contacts.
  • California authority: maintain every license, permit, registration, commercial insurance policy, inspection, medical certificate, drug/alcohol testing record, and other qualification required for the vehicle and service being performed.
  • Drug and alcohol testing: each chauffeur must consent and submit to pre-assignment, post-incident, reasonable-suspicion, return-to-duty, and random drug and alcohol testing when required by law, regulation, insurer, contract, or L.A. Premier Limo policy; refusal or a non-compliant result makes the chauffeur ineligible for assignments.
  • TCP identification: display the operating TCP number clearly at both the front and rear of the vehicle as required for the service.
  • Trip readiness: arrive early, monitor dispatch updates, route, traffic, and applicable flight status, confirm the vehicle and itinerary, and immediately report delays or service issues to dispatch.
  • Passenger service: greet professionally, assist with doors and luggage, respect lawful accessibility and service-animal obligations, maintain a comfortable cabin, and never smoke or vape in or near the vehicle while serving a trip.
  • Safe operation: obey all traffic and passenger-carrier laws, require seat-belt use where applicable, never drive impaired or fatigued, and use a handheld phone only when legally parked except for lawful hands-free operation.
