Frequently asked questions
Who is billed for the trip — the agency or the client?
Whichever you prefer. Most agencies keep the agency as the billing party on a single consolidated invoice; others have us bill the traveler's card directly. It is set per account.
Do you offer commissionable or net rates?
Approved agencies receive a negotiated discount off the published rate card, so you can mark trips up to your own retail price. Volume contracts get vehicle-specific contract rates.
Can I book for a client who is not in Los Angeles yet?
Yes. You enter the traveler's name and mobile number, and only they receive the on-the-way and arrival texts. Confirmations come to you.
Is there paperwork?
One travel agency service agreement, e-signed in your portal, plus a mutual NDA if your agency requires one. Both download as PDFs.
